LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room O-12B4 Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE: STARS requested the meeting to gain an appreciation/understanding of the impact of various options related to license renewal on the NRC and to find out the extent to which the NRC feels they could support the various options.

CATEGORY:* This is a Category 2 Meeting. The public is invited to participate in this meeting by discussing regulatory issues with the NRC at designated points identified on the agenda.
