CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NO. 179 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. NPF-21 (TAC NO. MB3881)
Dear Mr. Parrish:
On September 20, 2002, the Commission issued Amendment No. 179 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-21 for the Columbia Generating Station. The amendment was in response to your application dated January 10, 2002. The amendment revised the technical specifications to extend the surveillance test interval of certain instrumentation channels from the current 18 months to 24 months.
Due to a reproduction error, the technical specifications were printed on one-side only instead of back-to-back. Enclosed is a corrected set of technical specifications. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
