Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 LIST OF CHANGES AFFECTING THE DONALD C. COOK NUCLEAR PLANT PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 4 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), Indiana Michigan Power Company is submitting Revision 4 to the "Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan." provides a list of changes affecting Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP) Physical Security Plan, Revision 4. contains the Physical Security Plan.
The changes made in this revision do not eliminate plan commitments to specific security measures stated in 10 CFR 73.55(b) through (h), 10 CFR 73 Appendix B, nor do the changes decrease the ability of the CNP physical protection system and security organization to protect with high assurance against a design basis threat as stated in 10 CFR 73.1(a). The changes do not decrease the overall effectiveness of the plan or the security program and, therefore, do not require Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval prior to implementation.
