This issue was brought to an ARB that you attended on February 5, 2002. It was determined to not be an allegation and NO 01 interest is denoted on the ARB meeting summary.
Would you be availabel to discuss this issue with me and one of the members of the panel this Friday morning say at 9 or 9:30? We are trying to get at how the NRC determined that the violation was not willful. Thanks.
