Re s, Regiona n is rator DIFFERING PROFESS AL VIEW I have designated Charles Ogle to be the Chair of an ad hoc Differing Professional View Panel to review the Differing Professional View (DPV) you submitted with your May 13,2002 note to Randy Musser. The panel will consist of three members, Mr. Ogle, a member from the NRC Office of Enforcement and a member, selected from a list of individuals proposed by you. In accordance with Management Directive 10.159, "Differing Professional Views or Opinions',
Revised December 15, 1999, I request that you provide Mr. Ogle with a list of names from which he can chose to be the third member of the Panel.
The Panel has a short time frame, 7 days from today's date, to discuss your DPV with you and' determine a review plan. Therefore, I request that you provide your list to Mr. Ogle by May 15, 2002.
