Dear Ms. Beckman:

In accordance with Section G.5, Task Order Procedures, of t ie subject contract, this letter definitizes the subject task order. The effort shall be perform ed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.

Task Order No. 117 shall be in effect from July 22, 2002 thro.gh August 30, 2002 , with a cost ceiling of $22,639.05. The amount of $21,926.44 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $712.61 represents the fixed fee.

Accounting data for Task Order No. 117 is as follows:

$19,370.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $630.00 represents the fixed fee. The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling. When and if the amount(s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performanc of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with *espectto this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amo Jnt specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
