In accordance with Section G.5, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes the subject task order. The effort shall be jOerformed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.

Task Order No. 118 shall be in effect from August 2, 2002, through September 7, 2002, with a cost ceiling of $34,143.99. The amount of $33,069.24 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $1,074.75 represents the fixed fee A

$30,000 00 Funds in the amount of $30,000.00 are being obligated under this task order. The amount of

$29,056.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $944.00 represents the fixed fee. The obligated amount shall, at no time, 6xceed the task order ceiling. When and if the amount(s) paid and payable to the Contractor he~eunder* ýhall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue perfcrmance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligat~d with respect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
