Dear Ms. Beckman:

In accordance with Section G.5, Task Order Procedur s, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes the subject task order. The effort shall be pbrformed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.

Task Order No. 121 shall be in effect from August 16, *002 t6-rough September 13, 2002, with a cost ceiling of $20,585.41. The amount of $19,937.44 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $647.97 represents the fixed Ifee.

$19,370.00 represents the estimated reimbursable cots and'the amount of $630.00 represents the fixed fee. The obligated amount shall, at no time, ,xceed 'the task order ceiling. When and if the amount(s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligate J with !espect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amoLbnt specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
