MODIFICATION NO. 1, TASK ORDER NO 121, ENTITLED, "D.C COOK PLANT MODIFICATIONS/50.59 INSPECTIONS" UNDER CONTRACT NO NRC-03-98-021 The purpose of this modification is to replace the specialist assigned to the task order, thereby reducing the task order ceiling by $1,883.28, from $20,585 41 to $18,702.13 and the task order obligated amount by $1,297.87, from $20,000.00 to $18,702.13. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified:
1 The second paragraph beginning with, "Task Order No. 121...
" is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof.
"Task Order No 121 shall be in effect from August 16, 2002 through September 13, 2002, with a cost ceiling of $18,702 13. The amount of $18,113.44 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $588.69 represents the fixed fee "
