SUBJECT:
MODIFICATION NO. 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 119, ENTITLED, "MILLSTONE MAINTENANCE EFFECTIVENESS INSPECTION; BEAVER VALLEY SSDPC INSPECTION" UNDER NRC-03-98-021 The purpose of this modification is to: 1) include Beaver Valley to the scope of work in accordance with the attached statement of work, thereby increasing the task order ceiling amount by $32,261.95 from $34,981.55 to $65,243.50; 2) increase the amount funded in the task order by $13,000.00, from $34,981.55 to $47,981.55; and 3) extend the period of performance from August 30, 2002 through September 30, 2002. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified:
Second paragraph of the basic task order is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"Task Order No. 119 shall be in effect from July 12, 2002, through September 30, 2002, with a cost ceiling of $65,243.50. The amount of $68,126.88 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $2,116.62 represents the fixed fee."
This task order modification obligates funds in the amount of $13,000.00. Total funds in the amount of $47,981.55 are obligated to this task order. The obligated amount shall at no time exceed the task order ceiling amount. When and if the amounts paid and payable to the contractor hereunder equals the obligated amount, the Contractor shall no be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer increases the amount obligated with respect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk. It is anticipated that this amount will cover performance through September 15, 2002. Accounting data for this task order modification is as follows:
