The referenced letter informed the NRC that a direct transfer of control of the Reliant Energy, Incorporated interest in the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station was to be made to a Texas partnership, Texas Genco LP, which will be indirectly wholly owned by CenterPoint Energy, Inc.
On behalf of Texas Genco, LP, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) hereby informs the NRC that the final name of the partnership as approved by the State of Texas is "Texas Genco, LP" with a comma. Therefore, STPNOC respectfully requests that the NRC issue the conforming administrative amendments for transfers of licenses using the approved name "Texas Genco, LP." If the NRC requires additional information regarding this license transfer, please contact Mr. Scott Head at (361) 972-7136.
