Dear Sir:
After the submission of our recent Annual Report, covering the period of July 1, 2001, to June 30, 2002, a small error was found in the report.
Under report section C, Emergency Shutdowns and Inadvertent Scrams, a shutdown period beginning January 17, 2002, was inadvertently not mentioned. Full details of the shutdown incident can be found in the appropriate incident reports made to the NRC at that time.
