Dear Dr. Farrell:

I understand that you and Felix M. Killar, Jr., held a conference call on September 3, 2002, with Gary Janosko and John Lusher of the Uranium Processing Section, and Lawrence Kokajko and Raeann Shane of the NMSS Risk Task Group, to address the concerns raised in your letter to me dated June 21, 2002, regarding the criteria contained in our Change, Test, and Experiment Standard License Condition. The feedback that I received from the staff indicated that we satisfactorily addressed the concerns raised in your letter.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at 301-415-7295 or e-mail dmg2@nrc.gov.
