By letters dated March 18, 2002, as supplemented by letters dated May 8, 2002 and June 21, 2002, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) provided responses to the February 25, 2002 Order to SNC modifying the Operating Licenses for Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Units 1 and 2. SNC has completed all of the actions described in these responses. As such, SNC is in compliance with the provisions of the February 25, 2002 Order for VEGP Units 1 and 2, including all requirements described in Attachment 2 to the Order.
Mr. J. B. Beasley, Jr. states that he is a Vice President of Southern Nuclear Operating Company and is authorized to execute this oath on behalf of Southern Nuclear Operating Company, and to the best of his knowledge and belief, the facts set forth in this letter are true.
