The request proposes to revise the requirements for Fuel Decay Time prior to commencing movement of radiated fuel. Technical Specification 3/4.9.3 is to be revised to allow 100 hours0.00116 days <br />0.0278 hours <br />1.653439e-4 weeks <br />3.805e-5 months <br /> of decay time between October 15 and May 15, but is remain at 168 hours0.00194 days <br />0.0467 hours <br />2.777778e-4 weeks <br />6.3924e-5 months <br /> between May 16 and October 14, until the end of the year 2010.

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering ha's reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91 (b) and has no comments.

Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 Amendment to Facility Operating License License Change Request H02-07 The subject request was submitted to the NRC by PSE&G letter dated July 03, 2002. The request proposes to relocate the contents of Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement 4.7.5.e, Functional Tests, Snubbers. The utility is requesting expanding the testing interval of select snubbers from 18 months to 54 months. This type of snubber has been in service at Hope Creek since 1997. The testing interval reduction request is based on their functional failure history.

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering has reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.91 (b). The State of New
