Document Control Desk Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Unit Nos. 1 & 2; Docket Nos. 50-317 & 50-318 Final Response to Commission Order to Modify License for Interim Safeguards and Security Measures On March 15, 2002, Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Inc. (CCNPP) submitted its response to the Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures Order (Order) issued by the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on February 25, 2002. Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Inc.
also submitted a supplemental response to the NRC on May 30, 2002.
Pursuant to Section III.C.2 of the Order, we are now informing the Commission that as of the date of this letter CCNPP has achieved full compliance with the requirements embodied in Attachment (2) of the Order, as described in the initial and supplemental response referenced above.
