VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 COMPLETION INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR THE ORDER FOR INTERIM SAFEGUARDS AND SECURITY COMPENSATORY MEASURES On February 25, 2002, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures (the Order) to all operating nuclear power reactor licensees.
Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted an answer to the Order on March 15, 2002 (Serial No.02-136). Dominion provided additional information in letters dated May 9, 2002 and July 15, 2002 (Serial Nos. 02-136A and 02-136B, respectively).
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that North Anna Power Station is in compliance with the February 25, 2002 Order. Our actions to comply with the Order are described in our answer to the Order and additional information letters.
