DOMINIONS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON REACTOR VESSEL NEUTRON EMBRITTLEMENT On August 22, 2002, Mike Henig of Virginia Electric and Power Company (VEPCo) transmitted three electronic mails (e-mails) to Omid Tabatabai and provided three Portable Document Format (PDF) files for three Topical Reports by B&W Owners Group. These reports are; BAW-2178P, Low Upper-shelf Toughness Fracture Mechanics Analysis of Reactor Vessels RVWG for Level C & D Service Loads, BAW-2192P-Revision 1, Low Upper-shelf Toughness Fracture Mechanics Analysis of Reactor Vessels RVWG for Level A & B Conditions, and BAW-2323, Low Upper-shelf Toughness Fracture Mechanics Analysis of Reactor Vessels of Surry Units 1 and 2 for Extended Life Through 48 Effective Full Power Years. These PDF files are attached to this memo.
