Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Unit 2 July 1 through July 31, 2002 Narrative Summary of Operating Experiences Unit 2 began the month of July at 100% power.
On the morning of July 16th, Unit 2 began the process of coast down to the 2R14 refueling outage, which is scheduled to begin on September 10'. All feedwater heaters were in service.
At 2303, on July 2 0th, Unit 2 reduced power to 90%, from 98.6%, to remove the 5th feedwater heaters from service. With the 5t heaters out of service, the Unit was able to return to 100% power at 1238, on July 21st.
Unit 2 ended the month of July at 100% power, in coastdown to 2R14, with the 5' feedwater heaters out of service.
Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Unit 3 July 1 through July 31, 2002 Narrative Summary of Operating Experiences Unit 3 began the month of July at 100% power.
Unit 3 remained at 100% power for the entire month of July.
Unit 3 ended the month of July at 100% power.
