The annualized random testing rate for Three Mile Island Contractor Personnel was 34 51%.

SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS

1.

There were two (2) TMI Contractor employees who tested positive for drugs as a result of Pre-Access testing and one (1) TMI Contractor employee who tested positive for alcohol as a result of a for cause test. The Contractor employees were denied unescorted access to the TMI protected area.
