MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - POST OUTAGE MEETING SUMMER - DOCKET NO. 50-395

Dear Mr. Byrne:

This letter confirms the telephone conversation between J. Stuck of your staff and P. Miles of this office on August 13, 2002, concerning a post outage meeting which has been scheduled for August 27, 2002, from 1:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss outage accomplishments with NRC management. The location of the meeting will be at Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T25. This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 2000; 65 FR 56964).

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
