INTRODUCTION The reactor operated continuously in June with the following exceptions: four shutdowns for scheduled maintenance and refueling.
MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES 6/3/02 Refueled - removed core 02-27, loaded core 02-28.
Replaced valve diaphragms and flange gaskets for De-ionizing Tank DI 202 and the Storage Tank.
6/4/02 Loaded new pool de-ionization bed 'E'.
6/10/02 Refueled - removed core 02-28, loaded core 02-29.
Completed installation of new Dry Fire Main piping through the Containment Building Seal Trench.
Completed installation of a 2000KVA transformer as part of the facility electrical distribution system upgrade in accordance with Modification Record 02-01.
6/17/02 Refueled - removed core 02-29, loaded core 02-30.
Installed new Pool Flow Square Root Transmitters in accordance with Modification Record 0 1-4, Addendum No. 7.
5/24/02 Refueled - removed core 02-30, loaded core 02-31.
Loaded the CNS1-13G Waste Shipping Cask with old wedges for shipment to the Bamwell Site for disposal.
Replaced P501A (primary system pump) motor.
