ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE NEW PROJECT MANAGER OF THE LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION, UNIT NOS. 2 AND 3
Dear Mr. Gallagher:
On July 2, 2001, the staff of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) received the application for renewal of Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56 for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit Nos. 2 and 3. The staff is in the process of writing the Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with the open items for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit Nos. 2 and 3.
We plan to issue this SER by September 16, 2002.
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David L. Solorio, as Senior Project Manager for the review of your license renewal application for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station.
Mr. Solorio may be reached at 301-415-1973. Mr. Raj Anand will continue to provide support for the issuance of this SER. Please send Mr. Solorio a copy of all license renewal correspondence. Mr. John Boska continues to remain responsible for NRC project management of all issues other than license renewal.
