Diablo Canyon prehearing conference
Dear Judge Bollwerk,
My clients have received a number of inquiries from interested members of the public as to whether there will be an opportunity for limited appearance statements at the upcoming prehearing conference in September. Would you please let us know whether such an opportunity will be offered, and if so when it will be. If you do not anticipate taking limited appearance statements at the September conference, please let us know whether you are considering some alternative date.
