VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED FOR THE ORDER FOR INTERIM SAFEGUARDS AND SECURITY COMPENSATORY MEASURES On February 25, 2002, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures (the Order) to all operating nuclear power reactor licensees.
Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted an answer to the Order on March 15, 2002 (Serial No.02-135). Dominion's responses to ICMs B.1.c and d, and B.2.a.(1) and (2) required that Dominion provide the NRC with additional information. Attached is that information.
The attachment to this letter contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
