Dear Ms. Beckman:
In accordance with Section G.5, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes the subject task order. The effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No. 115 shall be in effect from August 30, 2002, through October 18, 2002, with a cost ceiling of $32,173.36. The amount of $31,160.64 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $1,012.72 represents the fixed fee.
