INDIAN POINT NUCLEAR GENERATING UNIT NO. 2 - CORRECTIONS TO AMENDMENT NO. 224 (TAC NO. MB2419)
Dear Mr. Kansler:
In a letter dated February 15, 2002, the Commission issued Amendment No. 224 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-26 for the Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 2 (IP2).
Amendment No. 224 consisted of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to an application from Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (the former licensee),
dated July 16, 2001, to update the pressure-temperature limit curves and the overpressure protection system limits.
The list of revised pages in the Attachment to License Amendment No. 224, provided in a letter dated March 4, 2002, was not correct. Specifically, Figure 4.3-1 should have been listed as a page to be removed. Therefore, the corrected Attachment to License Amendment No. 224 is provided as a replacement.
The Commission regrets any inconvenience that this administrative error may have caused. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at (301) 415-1457.
