SBO and Non EQ Cable AMA Letter

Mike, Attached is the revised pdf file for the SBO letter. It incorporates comments from our phone call with Omid and the electrical reviewers on Monday June 17, 2002. THIS DRAFT IS DATED 6/18/02.

The major changes are summarized below:

1) An Attachment 2 has been added to include the supplemented attributes of the Non-EQ Cable Monitoring program. This effectively provided a revised RAI response to RAI 3.6.2-1 that was previously provided by letter dated 11/30/01.
2) Page 4 added words in ist bullet to re-affirm that control cables were in scope.
3) Page 9, 2nd Para. of "Conclusion " was revised to address concern (Jim L.) regarding the "If adverse conditions..." statement. SBO cables are clearly identified as being part of the Non-EQ Cable Monitoring AMA.
4) Page 9-10, 3rd Para. of "Conclusion..." was revised to address the testing issue.

NOTE that items 2, 3, and 4 above are for the Surry portion of the document. The North Anna portion has the same revisions.
