OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE May 2002 The unit began the month defueled in a planned refueling outage.

The following significant work was completed or in progress during the month:

Reactor vessel reassembled.

Steam Generator replacement.

The unit entered mode 6 (refueling) on 05/13/02 at 1106. Refueling was completed and the unit entered mode 5 on 05/23/02 at 1750.

The unit remained in mode 5 for the remainder of the month.

SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE May 2002 The unit began the month at 100% reactor power.

On 05/10/02 at 2205 power was reduced to 85% for Main Turbine Valve testing. Following the completion of testing, reactor power was returned to 100% on 05/11/02 at 0200.

The unit operated at 100% power for the remainder of the month.
