POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF RELIEF REQUEST SP-1 (TAC NOS MB4763 AND MB4764)
Dear Mr. Warner:
By letter dated May 15, 2002, the Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC), withdrew Relief Request SP-1 dated March 11, 2002. This request was for relief from specific code requirements during the fourth 10-year snubber testing interval. The written request for withdrawal was submitted to the NRC following a conference call held on May 13, 2002, between the NMC staff and the NRC staff.
Accordingly, TAC Nos. MB4763 and MB4764 are closed.
