Dear Mr. Pickett,
It has come to the attention of this office that regular and routine communications regarding the nuclear power plant industry, specifically the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station in Port Clinton, Ohio, have been distributed to affected organizations and officials at the State and Local level. A recent memorandum regarding the Davis-Besse reactor pressure vessel head omitted the President of the Board of Lucas County Commissioners as an addressee while including the Ottawa County Commissioners office. In view of the importance of this issue to this region and all counties within the Emergency Planning Zone, of which Lucas County is a party, it would be greatly appreciated if you include our Board of Commissioners in future correspondence.
