2 Continuation of Unit I 12t Refueling and Inspection Outage that started 3/02/02 and ended 4/21/02.

Outage extended past 35 day schedule due to Main Generator stator bar replacements.

2 Manual scram from 18% power following 12'b Refuel and Inspection Outage due to reactor recirc pump trip. Pump tripped due to inadequate contact between a fuse and its fuse holder in the voltage regulation circuit. Fuse and fuse holder were replaced. Similar configurations were also inspected to ensure adequate fuse to fuse holder contact.

Summary: (1) Continuation of Refueling and Inspection Outage and Main Generator maintenance.

(2) During ramp-up from 1 2th Refuel and Inspection Outage, a reactor recirc pump tripped at 20%

power. A manual Reactor scram was inserted at 18% power on April 22. Pump tripped due to inadequate contact between a fuse and fuse holder in the voltage regulation circuit. Fuse and fuse holder were replaced and start-up was initiated on April 23 and the generator was on-line April 24 at 0156.

On April 26 power ascension was delayed to repair Main Generator Hydrogen leak at approximately 75% power. 100% reactor power was achieved on April 27.
