VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE CLARIFYING ANSWER TO ORDER FOR INTERIM SAFEGUARDS AND SECURITY COMPENSATORY MEASURES On February 25, 2002, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an Order for Interim Safeguards and Security Compensatory Measures (the Order) to all operating nuclear power reactor licensees.

Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted an answer to the Order on March 15, 2002 (Serial No.02-136).

On April 30, 2002, a conference call was held with NRC staff to discuss Dominion's response to several interim compensatory measures in the Order. As a result of this conference call, clarifications to three of the responses to the interim compensatory measures in the Order are provided in the attachment.

The attachment to this letter contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
