LOCATION:
Clyde Cessna Building Wolf Creek Generating Station 1550 Oxen Lane Burlington, Kansas 66839 PURPOSE:
The licensee and NRC will discuss the programs to (1) investigate the weld cracking found by the licensee in the component cooling water piping in the recent March-April 2002 plant refueling outage, and (2) determine the root cause for the weld cracking. The meeting is not part of any review of a licensing action before the NRC.
PARTICIPANTS:*
The NRC participants are members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (RES).
