EA-02-026," March 18, 2002, NOC-AE-02001278 In accordance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Order EA-02-026 (the Order) dated February 25, 2002, (Reference 1), and 10 CFR 50.4, STP Nuclear Operating Company (STPNOC) hereby submits supplementary information in response to Condition C.1 of Section III of the Order. In particular, this letter provides the supplementary response committed to in STPNOC's initial response to the Order (Reference 2). It provides STPNOC's schedule for achieving compliance with several requirements described in Attachment 2 of the Order. to this letter contains STPNOC's supplemental response, which specifically delineates the actions taken or to be taken by STPNOC to comply with certain portions of the Order. The only commitments in this letter are the actions specifically listed in to this letter.
Condition C.1 of the Order required the submission of a schedule for achieving compliance with the requirements in Attachment 2 to the Order. Enclosure 1 to this letter lists certain of the requirements and describes STPNOC's actions and schedule to comply with them. STP is progressing c4
