On April 23, 2002, a telephone conference was conducted between NRC staff and Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) representatives to discuss the results of the reactor pressure vessel head (RPVH) inspection performed on Point Beach Nuclear Plant (PBNP), Unit 2.
During this conference, NRC requested that NMC provide a videotape of portions of the RPVH insulation removal and inspection.
In response to this request, enclosed is a VHS formatted video presentation that shows portions of the PBNP Unit 2 RPVH insulation removal and inspection that occurred April 21 and 22, 2002.
