EDWIN I. HATCH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - CONVERSION OF ELECTRONIC FILES OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND ASSOCIATED BASES (TAC NOS. MB4696 AND MB4697)
Dear Mr. Sumner:
By letter dated March 28, 2002, you requested that the Technical Specifications (TS) and associated Bases for Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, be converted from WordPerfect for DOS Version 5.1 to Microsoft Word 2000. In this conversion, you have made several administrative changes, such as correcting a typographical error by changing EPPY to EFPY on three figures to reflect the correct abbreviation for Effective Full Power Years.
We have determined that an amendment to the license is not needed to implement your request to convert to a new electronic format. The purpose of this letter is to distribute to the appropriate TS manual holders the new pages for the converted TS and associated Bases.
