Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 SENIOR MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION CHANGES IN THE NUCLEAR GENERATION GROUP The purpose of this letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of a senior management organization change within the Nuclear Generation Group of Indiana Michigan Power Company. The following change is effective immediately.
Mr. Joseph E. Pollock was named Site Vice President. On the distribution list, please modify correspondence to the title "Site Vice President" with correspondence to Joseph E. Pollock, Site Vice President, at the same address.
Mr. Michael J. Finissi has been named Plant Manager and will begin his duties in the fourth quarter of 2002. Please change the name of Plant Manager from Joseph E. Pollock to Michael J. Finissi. Please delete Michael W. Rencheck, Vice President, Strategic Business Improvements, from the distribution list.
A copy of the NRC distribution list has been included as an attachment to this letter indicating the revision.
