Subsequent to filing the NRC Staffs Response to Riverkeeper, Inc.s Petition for Leave to Intervene and Request for a Hearing an error was discovered. Footnote 8 on page 7 of the filing lists an incorrect ADAMS accession number for the Spring 2000 Inspection Report. The correct accession number is ML003715736. The Staff regrets the error and apologizes for any inconvenience it might have caused.
