Scheduled Refueling Outage CORRECTIVE ACTION:

Cooldown to 110 deg. F, vessel disassembly, fuel off load, mid-loop maintenance, re-load in core, reassemble vessel, fill and vent reactor vessel, and complete prerequisites for mode changes.

CRITICAL PATH WAS:

Vessel disassembly, fuel off load, mid-loop work, fuel load and vessel reassembly, Turbine Rotor replacement, and Main Generator rewind.
