Dear Dr. McArthur:
Enclosed is a subpoena requiring your appearance at an evidentiary hearing in the above captioned case. Brent Marquand of the Tennessee Valley Authority informed me that you will be available to testify on May 2 and May 3, 2002 at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 31 East 11th Street, Chattanooga.
I have also enclosed two copies of the witness reimbursement form, one for reimbursement for your deposition testimony and one for reimbursement for your testimony at the evidentiary proceeding. If you bring the completed forms to the hearing, I will ensure that you receive appropriate compensation for your time.
