Dear Mr. Price:
By your letter dated April 2, 2002, Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) provided changes to the Technical Specification (TS) Bases for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 (MP2). The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has no objection to the changes. The enclosed TS pages are being distributed for inclusion in the MP2 TSs.
