Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn.: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 Seabrook Station NRC Regulatory Information Summary 2001-21 Operating Reactor Licensing Action Estimates Response to a Request for Information NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2001-21 requested a numerical estimate of the licensing actions expected to be submitted in Fiscal Years (FY) 2002 and 2003. We estimate the submittal of approximately twelve additional licensing actions in FY 2002 and eleven licensing actions in FY 2003 for Seabrook Station.

Included in the estimates are a license transfer request expected to be submitted in the 2nd quarter of FY 2002 and a nominal 5% power uprate expected to be submitted in FY 2003.
