At the March 14, 2002, Indian Point 2 Annual Assessment Meeting, you requested a copy of NRC Inspection Report that reviewed previous Indian Point spent fuel pool leakage. Enclosed you will find copies of Inspection Report 50-03/94-02 and 50-03/94-80 which discuss past spent fuel pool leakage at Indian Point Unit 1.
