This letter is written in response to a telephone conversation with Alexander Adams on March 8, 2002. It is to notify NRC that during pre-decommissioning activities a sealed source was discovered that was not on the facility license. The source description is listed below:

CCS100 company US Nuclear date 1/1/63 Our facility license is currently under renewal and is expected to be approved this spring.

The new license provides possession amounts, which will allow the material, listed above, to be included.
