Dear Mr. Charity:
I am writing to confirm that Surry County agrees to let the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) use the Surry Combined District Court Room for public meetings on Wednesday, May 29, 2002. The NRC will have use of the room from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and is responsible for clean up of the room after its meetings.
