Washington, DC 20555-0001 Seabrook Station Revision 14 to the Training and Qualification Plan North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic) has implemented, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p)(2), Revision 14 to the Training and Qualification Plan. North Atlantic has determined that the revisions do not decrease the effectiveness of the Training and Qualification Plan. Enclosure 1 contains the revision to the plan.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information and as such should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21. This cover letter does not contain Safeguards Information and reverts to unclassified when separated from the enclosure.
