IN THE MATTER OF TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (WATTS BAR NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 1; SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 & 2; BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1, 2 & 3)
Dear Mr. Marquand:
The NRC Staff has had the original cassette tapes recorded by Gary Fiser professionally enhanced and transcribed. Enclosed is the first Fiser tape, Tape A, enhanced and rerecorded onto three compact disks. I have also enclosed the transcripts of the recordings. Two other disks which the Staff received but did not have transcribed are also enclosed. As the Staff receives the enhancements and transcriptions from the remaining tapes, it will forward copies to you. If you have any questions regarding the enhancement or the compact disks, please contact me.
Additionally, the Staff has had the November 21, 1997 recording of an interview with Sam Harvey transcribed. A copy of the transcript is enclosed.
