The activities considered Special Maintenance in the enclosure consisted of:

- 2. Unit 1 Cut-Out/Replacement of Safety Injection Accumulator Nozzles
- 3. Unit 2 Cut-Out/Replacement of Safety Injection Accumulator Nozzles
- 4. Unit 1 Reactor Head Inspection
