The activities considered Special Maintenance in the enclosure consisted of:

1. Service Water Piping Replacement
2. Unit 1 Cut-Out/Replacement of Safety Injection Accumulator Nozzles
3. Unit 2 Cut-Out/Replacement of Safety Injection Accumulator Nozzles
4. Unit 1 Reactor Head Inspection
