Purpose:
The NRC staff and Entergy Nuclear Northeasts management will discuss the results of NRC's assessment of the safety performance at the FitzPatrick Nuclear Plant for the period April 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001, as documented in our letter dated March 1, 2002. The NRC staff will also provide an overview of the NRC's Reactor Oversight Process. Information relative to this annual safety performance assessment meeting can be found at:

The NRC staff will be available at the end of the meeting to answer questions from the public. The NRC encourages public participation by observation of this annual safety performance assessment meeting and by providing questions and comments to the NRC staff following the meeting either in person or in writing.
